According to all major TV Manufacturers, Flat Panel TV's should be installed by Professionals ONLY. Please refer to your TV's owners manual for complete confirmation of the above statement.

First thing to consider is the type of TV Wall Bracket that works best for your installation: Fixed, Tilt or Articulating. Another important factor to consider, is the purchasing of a quality TV Wall Bracket, preferably one which is UL Certified. These have undergone extensive safety testing and are certified by Underwriters Laboratories (UL), which ensures that it will perform safely and reliably.

All Flat Panel TV's are meant to be mounted as a long term solution.  If you take a closer look at the rear of your HDTV you'll find four holes which are meant for mounting purposes only. From a safety standpoint, a Flat Panel TV on a stand, temporary solution, is more likely to fall at some point as oppose to a wall mounted Plasma, LED or LCD.

Because we truly care about the outcome of the work we perform, taking complete pride in our overall craftmanship. Having said that, there's no way we can please each and every Client at a rate of 100%, but we have made the promise to put our best foot forward when it comes to our approach to installing Home Theaters and TV Mounting.

At Pro Install®, we make every effort to accommodate our client's busy day to day schedules. We try to schedule most installations within a (24) Twenty-Four Business Hour timeframe.

To answer this question bluntly, "HECK NO"! We utilize wall scanners and cameras when it comes to mounting TV's; this ensures a sound mounting method bypassing any guess work. We never drill unnecessary "Test Holes" resulting in a "Hit or Miss" method. Our In-House Technicians have been classroom trained to use Pro Install® Certified methods only.
